At Pierce Law Firm, P.C. all injury cases are handled on a contingency fee basis, meaning that we are compensated at the end of the case with a percentage of the recovery we obtain for the client. The percentages can typically range from 1/3 to 1/2 depending upon the complexity of the matter, but the percentage is specified up front when we take your case.

Typically, the contingency fee for a car wreck case or other accident will be 1/3. Medical malpractice and products liability (including pharmaceutical company) cases, because of their added complexity and expense, may tend toward 1/2 of the recovery.
